Introducing Quick Install Powered by MOJO Marketplace

QuickInstall powered by MOJO Marketplace, a flexible and powerful script auto-installer, is available on all hosting plans. QuickInstall powered by MOJO Marketplace makes installing scripts easy and will automatically upgrade your scripts to the latest available version.

You can get Quickinstall powered by MOJO Marketplace for Dedicated and VPS plans with cPanel (currently Plesk is not supported) by submitting a ticket to our Technical Support department.

Using Quick Install

To use Quick Install powered by MOJO Marketplace:

  1. Log into your cPanel.
  2. Locate the Quick Install icon and click on it:

Once inside of the Quick Install menu, you will have a wide variety of options for installing and managing the software available:

  • You may install software from either the search bar or the list of software on the left hand side bar when One Click Install is selected:

    1. Locate the software you wish to install using either the search bar or the left hand side bar.
    2. Some software will have a variety of installation options and additional packages you may purchase, from this screen you may choose how to proceed. For a basic install, select the free install.
    3. Quick Install will then request basic configuration information for you to enter.
    4. Once you have entered your configuration information, click the install button to continue.
    5. A bar at the top of the page will indicate that Quick Install is running and inform you of when your install is complete.
    6. You may then click View Credentials from the bar at the top of the page to receive your Admin URL, username, and password.
  • You may purchase premium themes, templates, and even specialized WordPress services directly from MOJO Marketplace by clicking either Themes & Templatesor WordPress Services.

  • You may manage scripts you have already installed by clicking My Installs.

  • You may link your Mojo Marketplace account by logging into the My Account area at the top of the left hand sidebar with your MOJO Marketplace credentials:

Note: If there is any admin login information, it will be sent to the email address you provide in the installation steps (or the email you have on file with HostGator if an email address is not requested).

Manage Quick Install

Users with WHM access have administrative access to make changes to Quick Install. If you are on a VPS or Dedicate without Quick Install, you can get Quickinstall powered by MOJO Marketplace installed if you are using cPanel (currently Plesk is not supported) by submitting a ticket to our support department.

With administrator access to Quick Install you may make the following changes:

  • Edit MOJO MarketPlace Options
  • Edit Installable Packages
  • Edit Upgradeable Packages
  • Edit Contact Settings

Edit MOJO MarketPlace Options

With MOJO Marketplace powering Quick Install on your server, you have multiple options. You may choose to disable the MOJO Marketplace features, simplifying Quick Install, or you can even enter your affiliates information in order to link your MOJO affiliate account.

To edit your MOJO Marketplace settings:

  1. Log into WHM
  2. Click QuickInstall WHM Admin in the left hand navigation menu:

  3. From this new menu:

    1. Click MOJO MarketPlace to reach the Marketplace options.
    2. Click the Enable MOJO Marketplace checkbox to enable or disable the marketplace.
    3. Enter your MOJO Affiliate code if applicable.
    4. Click Save

When MOJO MarketPlace is disabled your users will see a primarily de-branded Quick Install interface:

When MOJO MarketPlace is enabled, your users will be able to purchase MOJO MarketPlace products and services as well as link their own MOJO MarketPlace accounts with Quick Install. The UI will look like this:

Edit Installable Packages

To edit which packages your customers can and cannot install using Quick Install:

  1. Log into WHM
  2. Click QuickInstall WHM Admin in the left hand navigation menu:

  3. On the next menu:

    1. Click Installable Packages.
    2. Select the users you wish to modify.
    3. Click Configure.
  4. Select which packages you wish your users to be able to install, then click Save:

Edit Upgradeable Packages

You may also edit which packages are upgradeable. To edit upgradeable packages:

  1. Log into WHM
  2. Click QuickInstall WHM Admin in the left hand navigation menu:

  3. On the next menu:

    1. Click Upgradeable Packages.
    2. Select the users you wish to modify.
    3. Click Configure.
  4. Select which packages you wish your users to be able to install, then click Save:

Edit Contact Settings

  1. Log into WHM
  2. Click QuickInstall WHM Admin in the left hand navigation menu:

  3. Click Contact Settings, from here you may:

    • Set how far in advance users will receive notification of new updates.
    • Edit the message your users will receive after an upgrade.
